About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Bank team at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our administration teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks across multiple teams, including reception, bookings, and medical records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process referrals from GPs, take bookings from patients, and book in surgery dates.
  • Update patient notes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
