Job Role:

Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Office Angels have partnered with our client to find a skilled Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining the company database
  2. Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
  3. Cleansing and organising data for easier access
  4. Researching and qualifying data to provide key insights for decision-making
  5. Uploading and updating information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  6. Reviewing and updating reports to ensure error-free and current information
  7. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the team's diary
  8. Responding to inquiries promptly and directing them to the relevant team members
  9. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  1. 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
  2. Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
