Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Office Angels have partnered with our client to find a skilled Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining the company database
- Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
- Cleansing and organising data for easier access
- Researching and qualifying data to provide key insights for decision-making
- Uploading and updating information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reviewing and updating reports to ensure error-free and current information
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the team's diary
- Responding to inquiries promptly and directing them to the relevant team members
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
