Administrator - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for permanence)
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Office Angels has partnered with our client to find a skilled Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining the company database
- Creating PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyze data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
- Cleansing and organizing data for easier access
- Researching and qualifying data to provide key insights for decision-making
- Uploading and updating information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reviewing and updating reports to maintain their accuracy and currency
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the team's diary
- Responding to emails and calls promptly, directing inquiries to the relevant team members
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
