Job Role:

Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Office Angels have partnered with our client to find a skilled Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role and be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee team administrative tasks and maintain the company database
  2. Create PowerPoint presentations and use Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
  3. Cleanse and organise data for easier access
  4. Research and qualify data to provide key insights for decision-making
  5. Upload and update information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  6. Review and update reports to ensure error-free and current information
  7. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate the team's diary
  8. Respond to emails and calls promptly, directing inquiries to the right team members
  9. Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
  2. Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  7. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
