About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including preparing clinical paperwork, managing bookings, and taking payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the department to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
