Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in our company database.
  • Develop and create PowerPoint presentations and utilize Excel to analyze data, track sales metrics, and generate reports.
  • Cleanse and organize data to ensure easy access and accuracy.
  • Conduct research and provide key insights for decision-making.
  • Upload and update information on our internal portal to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and update reports to ensure error-free and current information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate team diaries.
  • Respond to inquiries and direct them to the relevant team members.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
