Ward Administrator

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ward Administrator to join our team at Brighton & Hove Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide administrative support to the wards, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical administration and support services, including updating patient information, answering phone calls, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the ward diary, update service user timetables, and take minutes during meetings.
- Arrange meetings and prepare correspondence and documentation.
- Work closely with the training administrator to ensure all staff have completed mandatory training.
- Monitor attendance and absence data, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to respond to changes in service and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Annual salary of £26,750.
