Ward Administrator

As a Ward Administrator at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the ward, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical administration and support services to the ward team, including updating patient information, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and archiving.
- Manage the ward diary, update service user timetables, and minute-take meetings.
- Arrange meetings and prepare correspondence and documentation.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to respond to changes in service and adapt to new situations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Annual salary of £26,750.
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
