Bank Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital. As a Bank Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our administration teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients and visitors, checking in patients, and organizing post collections.
- Support the Bookings Department in processing referrals from GPs, taking bookings from patients, and booking in surgery dates.
- Work in the Medical Records department, prepping clinics, and updating patient notes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
