About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bank Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
