Job Title: Bank Admin Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Admin Team Lead to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
