Key Responsibilities- Assist with reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients and visitors, checking in patients, and organizing post collections.
- Support the Bookings Department by processing referrals from GPs, taking bookings from patients, and booking in surgery dates.
- Work in the Medical Records department, preparing clinics and updating patient notes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to requests.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
