We're looking for an individual with previous experience in customer-facing IT support roles, preferably 1st line or helpdesk support. You should have a solid understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat to customers seeking help.
  • Follow standard procedures for incident resolution and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Offer clear and helpful guidance to customers, assisting with common problems such as connectivity issues, software errors, or login problems.
