Lead the Front Lines and Elevate Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Manage guest relations, handle any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
  • Support the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
  • Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
