Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different sectors, including timber supplies, builders merchants, and construction supplies. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different sectors
- Identify new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £33,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus bonus and car allowance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
