Business Development Representative

The successful Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UK and Europe. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the creative, design & build sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
