Job Description

The Selection Partnership Ltd is seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Development Manager to join its team in Cheshire, UK.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing a sales pipeline. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, conduct market research, and present ideas to clients, driving sales growth and revenue for the company.

About the Role

  • Prospect and lead generation through various channels, including email campaigns and social media.
  • Contacting lapsed/dormant accounts to reintroduce the company's services.
  • Researching and maintaining a lead generation database, conducting customer research, and interpreting market surveys.
  • Developing action plans and addressing lessons learned when sales are not secured.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or lead generation experience in creative, design, or exhibitions environments.
  • Self-motivation, good communication, and organisational/time management skills.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and have a proactive approach.
  • Full driving licence.
