Nurse Practitioner in Community Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our community mental health team at Northlands Health Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate, working closely with patients and their families.
- Conduct regular reviews, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects.
- Registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration and advanced practice qualifications.
- Degree-level qualification in mental health nursing or a related field.
- Proven experience in community mental health settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
