This is an exceptional opportunity to excel as a Clinical Team Lead in a Forensic Low Secure Mental Health Inpatient Ward within Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management, ensuring the clinical priorities and standards of care are achieved in collaboration with the Senior Nurse Practitioner and Matron.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management.
  • Develop and improve team performance.
  • Manage the ward environment.
  • Deliver a safe and effective service.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment.
