About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a hospital in Nottinghamshire. As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care plans for patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being
  • Lead and supervise a team of care assistants to ensure high standards of patient care

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Experience working in mental health or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
