About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at the Sheffield Support Hub. As a key member of our small team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery-focused support to clients with complex mental health needs.

Working alongside Peer Support Workers and Clinicians, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and social inclusion. You will work collaboratively to achieve client outcomes, whether through joint working with other services or facilitating activities within the service and community.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a community-based mental health setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to identify barriers and understand client needs, while possessing the ability to inspire and engage individuals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national charity, Mental Health Matters, which has over 40 years of experience delivering high-quality mental health and social care services. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the tools needed to succeed in this role, and we offer a range of benefits to support your health and wellbeing.

  • Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum (pro-rata based on hours worked)
