Job Title: Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD)
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in providing direction and leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care and effective management of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with minimum 2 years managerial experience
- Significant experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-based work
- Experience of interpreting and analysing complex information and managing complex circumstances
- Partnership working with other statutory and voluntary agencies
