Health and Safety Lead

Culina Group is seeking a Health and Safety Lead to join their team at the Great Bear site in Harworth. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the site meets the highest standards of health and safety, developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks, and providing expert guidance to employees.
Main Objectives- Develop and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management system.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure they understand health and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health and safety management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. They must also be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including nights, and travel to other sites as needed.
