Your Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of care assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
We're looking for individuals with experience in health and social care, who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You'll need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
