About the Job:
As a Senior Care Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality care to our residents
- Observing and reviewing care planning needs
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues
About You:
We are looking for someone with a warm and approachable personality, who can build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
Salary: £12.52-£13.27 per hour (dependent on qualification)
