Supporting Independence in a Care Home Setting

About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity (42 hours per week), with flexible scheduling, including days and nights. You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
Key Requirements:- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
