**Job Description:** Home Care Worker - Blyth

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Home Care Worker to join our team in Blyth. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide support to a female client with physical disabilities and mental health conditions in her home environment.

The successful candidate will assist with daily tasks such as preparing meals, managing household chores, and accompanying the client on outings. You will also be responsible for supporting the client's parenting role and helping her maintain her independence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support with daily tasks to enable independence
  • Support and enable parenting role
  • Ensure safety when out and about

**Requirements:**

  • No experience is necessary, but a positive understanding towards people with disabilities is essential
  • A high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • A happy, positive, and caring nature
  • Respect confidentiality

**Salary:** £25,500 per year (pro-rata)

**Location:** Blyth
