Crooton is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our residential care team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, such as mealtime assistance, mobility, and medication management. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a patient approach. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
