Care Home Assistant Role
We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Barchester care home. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs and promoting their overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks such as feeding and toileting
- Implementing care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Engaging in meaningful activities with residents to enhance their emotional wellbeing
