**Experienced Resident Support Required**
Crooton is seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Support Assistant to join our residential care team. As a Resident Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, such as personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
