We are looking for an experienced Lead Social Care Professional to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

The salary for this position is £41,208 per annum, plus £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance and £1,500 per annum Out of Hours Allowance, making a total annual salary of approximately £43,258.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with foster carers, birth families, and other professionals to provide tailored support and guidance to help children achieve their full potential.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a strong background in social work, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
