**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people.
  • Supporting and supervising foster families to ensure compliance with NMS Fostering Standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to address specific needs and challenges.
