Senior Social Work Role in Yorkshire\

We are recruiting an experienced social worker to join our team in Yorkshire as a Supervising Social Worker. This challenging and rewarding role involves supporting and supervising foster families, ensuring the well-being of looked-after children and promoting their positive development.

Main Responsibilities\
  • Total Annual Remuneration: £34,372 (£32,822 + £750 + £1500).
  • Develop and implement strategies to support foster families in meeting the complex needs of looked-after young people.
  • Contribute to the development of group work and training sessions, enhancing the skills of foster carers and promoting effective practice.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines while maintaining a focus on service quality.
