Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fostering Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to foster carers, helping them to provide high-quality care to children in their care. You will also develop and deliver training programs to help foster carers improve their practice and better meet the needs of children.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in social work or a related field, along with registration with Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fostering or childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with foster carers, colleagues, and external agencies.

  • $41,208 per annum + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £1,500 per annum Out of Hours Allowance.
