Homebased Social Work Manager

The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in social work, with experience in fostering and supervising
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- A deep understanding of child protection policies and procedures
The salary for this role is £41,208 per annum, plus a £750 per annum homeworking allowance and a £1,500 per annum out-of-hours allowance. The working hours are 35 hours per week, and the contract is permanent.
