We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate social worker to join our team in Yorkshire as a Supervising Social Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with foster families, ensuring the well-being of looked-after children and promoting their positive development.

Key Responsibilities\
  1. Annual Salary: £32,822 + additional allowances for homeworking and out-of-hours commitments.
  2. Provide high-quality support and supervision to foster families, focusing on the needs of looked-after young people.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver group work and training sessions, enhancing the skills of foster carers and promoting effective practice.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in fostering, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  5. Prioritise tasks efficiently, managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines while maintaining a focus on service quality.
