Lead Social Services Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Supervising Social Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to social workers, collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results, and developing and implementing effective strategies for child and family support.
Key Requirements- At least 2 years' experience in social work, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of £41,208 per annum, plus a £750 per annum homeworking allowance and a £1,500 per annum out-of-hours allowance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including regular supervision and coaching sessions.
