Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust) Careers. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our carers and children across Yorkshire. This is a fixed-term contract for 11 months, covering maternity leave. You will supervise social workers, conduct home visits, and develop plans to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Supervise and support a team of social workers
- Conduct home visits and provide feedback to staff
- Develop and implement plans to improve service delivery

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in child care and protection
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £32,822 p.a. + £750 Homeworking Allowance p.a + £1,500 OOH Allowance p.a.

Location:
You will be based in Yorkshire, with travel requirements across North, West, East, and South Yorkshire.
