Job Overview: As an Activity Coordinator - Youth Services at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality programmes and activities that promote the well-being and development of young people. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of our services and achieve programme objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services. You will also have a degree in a relevant field such as youth work, social work or education.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,562.39 per annum (£16,112.39 per annum salary + £450 per annum Homeworking Allowance) and 21 hours per week (3 days over the working week including evenings and weekends).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as youth work, social work or education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
