About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.

You will work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our Home. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues will be crucial in ensuring the success of this role. We also require you to update our social media platforms and utilize your creativity to engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a variety of activities that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with our community engagement team to create community links and promote our Home through social media.
- Utilize your creativity to engage our residents, families, and colleagues in activities both within the home and in the local community.
- Update our social media platforms to ensure consistency and effectiveness in promoting our services.
