About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at the Port of Blyth. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and increasing revenue.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and improving operational efficiency. You will also lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management and a proven track record of delivering business growth. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • To lead cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • To manage budgets and forecast financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial management with a strong background in the offshore energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
