TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust) invites applications for the position of Engagement & Activity Practitioner. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that benefit our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that foster positive relationships between our clients and their communities. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to develop program materials, coordinating events, and evaluating service outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £16,562.39 per annum and a homeworking allowance of £450 per annum. The contract consists of 21 hours per week, spread across three days, including evenings. This flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance while still meeting the demands of the job.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in a community-based setting, is highly desirable.

A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and adolescent psychology, as well as knowledge of local resources and services. They will also share our commitment to supporting the well-being and empowerment of young people.
