Job Description:

Dilston College is seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Event and Training Specialist to support the college's HR function.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering training programs, managing employee development, and coordinating recruitment events. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

The Recruitment Event and Training Specialist will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions, workshops, and other events to support employee development and career progression. They will also assist with the coordination of recruitment events, including interviews, assessments, and other activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment events, including interviews, assessments, and other activities
  • Deliver training programs and workshops to support employee development and career progression
  • Assist with the management of employee development, including creating and implementing development plans
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering training programs and managing employee development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of career progression and qualifications
