Fitter Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fitter Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy plant and equipment, including FLT's, cranes, and diesel engines.
This is a permanent position based in Blyth, Northumberland, and the successful candidate will be required to work day shifts, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
The role involves assisting with the loading/unloading of cargos and learning all aspects of Stevedoring, including operating plant & equipment where required.
An estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Working hours: Day shifts, weekends, and overtime as necessary
- Assisting with cargo handling and Stevedoring operations
- Maintenance of heavy plant and equipment
- Previous experience with FLT's, cranes, and diesel engines an advantage
- Full driving license
- Mechanical NVQ / HNC
- Experience installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment
