Job Description
TEXO Recruitment is looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical equipment is properly maintained and repaired. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working with heavy plant, cranes, and FLT to showcase their skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, experience working with diesel engines would be highly beneficial. The right individual will also be expected to learn all aspects of stevedoring and operate plant and equipment when necessary.

Essential Skills
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Experience working with cargo handling equipment.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

Salary Range
A competitive annual salary between £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
