We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Fitting Expert to join our team at Central Employment Agency.

**Salary:** £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and fit welded components to produce high-quality products, meeting exacting standards.
  • Safely operate power tools and hand tools, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong mechanical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings, staying up-to-date with industry developments.

**Requirements:**

  • Time-served experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
  • Proficiency in metal assembly, welding, and fabrication techniques.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, including MEWP Certification and Working at Height Certification (advantageous).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
