Senior Child Welfare Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Responsibilities- Supervising and guiding a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for child and family support
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and other partner organizations
- At least 2 years' experience in social work, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of £41,208 per annum, plus a £750 per annum homeworking allowance and a £1,500 per annum out-of-hours allowance. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including regular supervision and coaching sessions.
