Mental Health Team Lead

TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust) is a leading charity providing specialist services to vulnerable children and young people. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Team Lead to join our team in Yorkshire.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our mental health teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our service users. You will have a deep understanding of the complexities of child mental health and be able to provide strategic direction to our teams.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in mental health, with a focus on working with children and young people
  • Proven experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in a child-focused organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners

We offer a competitive salary of £32,822 per annum, plus a £750 homeworking allowance and a £1,500 out-of-hours allowance. This is a fixed-term contract lasting 11 months, covering maternity leave.
