Functional Assessment Specialist

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a salary of £37,500 - £43,000 per annum, plus an additional £2,000 after one year and an ongoing bonus of up to 10%. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days of annual leave + BH with option to buy additional days or sell back, annual registration fees paid, comprehensive training programme, full IT equipment provided for remote working, and up to 6% employer matched pension contribution.
Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments of individuals, taking down their medical history, performing physical examinations, and producing accurate reports for the DWP. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients, maintain accurate records, and adhere to best practice standards.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be an NMC Level 1 Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years. You should have experience of working with adults in a range of clinical situations, including surgical, medical, A&E, community, and practice nursing. You should also have IT skills and experience of using a range of software.
