As a Patient Assessment Coordinator, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality services by conducting customer assessments, providing expert support, and participating in training initiatives.

Key Job Functions
* Conduct detailed assessments of up to 6 customers per day, capturing critical clinical information.
* Collaborate with customers to address concerns related to Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance claims.
* Engage in continuous learning through industry-led training and professional development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
The selected candidate can expect a salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Essential qualifications include at least 1 year of experience in patient-facing roles and proficiency in computer software, typing skills (30 wpm), and effective communication.
